- Misleading headline. "Nabs" suggests wrong doing. Proper headline would be "IRS Audits 1 in 8 millionaires" but when has the press attempted to be accurate which is sad (maybe should be criminal).

- Obama is proposing - without signs of any compromise - that deductions be limited to 28%. That is essentially a another marginal tax rate hike for the amount of your deductions on all households above 28% marginal rate. Tax rate increases impacting the wealthy were negotiate in January.
